Upstanding Citizens
Upstanding Citizens is a weekly movement session for those at risk of falling. Focusing on building strength, coordination, resilience and balance, this course will help to develop confidence in a fun and friendly environment.
Workshop Details
Fridays, 1.30pm – 2.30pm (from Fri 14 Jan)
Sessions can be booked individually, we recommend attending a block of at least 6 – 8 sessions to get the most out of it.
£5 per session or 8 sessions for £35.
Recording Your Story
In this workshop, you’ll have an opportunity to voice record own your stories and memories, to be preserved in a broader archive of stories generated by visitors to Tsunagu/Connect: The Exhibition.
The workshop will introduce the concept of ‘oral history’. As a group, we’ll discuss and reflect on themes from the exhibition, and then you’ll have a chance to record your own stories.
